Holi Meet & Greet 2026 – Celebrating Unity, Leadership & Fellowship
Organized by JCI Lubhu & JCI Lubhu Jr. in collaboration with all Area C Chapters under Nepal Jaycees
1. General Entry
- This event is open to all age groups; however, attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Entry is allowed only with a valid physical or digital ticket purchased through authorized channels.
- The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any person for disorderly conduct, violation of event policies, or safety concerns, without refund.
2. Code of Conduct
- Attendees are expected to celebrate responsibly and respectfully.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or violence will not be tolerated.
- Participants must follow all instructions given by event staff and volunteers.
3. Health & Safety
- By attending, you acknowledge that participation in Holi festivities involves physical activity, exposure to colors, water, and crowds.
- Organizers are not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or health issues arising from participation.
- Use of organic/herbal colors is encouraged; however, attendees participate at their own risk.
- First aid will be available on-site.
4. Prohibited Items
- Outside food and beverages, alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, or any hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
- Professional photography/videography equipment requires prior permission from the organizers.
5. Photography & Media
- By attending the event, you grant JCI Lubhu and its partners the right to photograph, film, and use your likeness in promotional materials without compensation.
6. Weather & Force Majeure
- In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions, or acts of God), the organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event. Refunds in such cases will be handled as per the policy below.
